What will happen after I place my order?

You will receive an email with your invoice. Then, a few minutes later, you will receive an automated email with your account information. You will be ready to start setting up your prize wheel.

The following day our customer success team will send you an email with many pro-tips and tricks to help you get started quickly. That email will provide all of the support options.

What is a gameplay?

A gameplay starts when you launch your prize wheel and finishes when you reset the wheel.

So, if you have 100 maximum players per gameplay, then you can have up to 100 players spin the wheel before you need to reset the wheel.

Resetting the prize wheel does the following:

  • Reset your inventory or use the remaining inventory in the next gameplay.
  • Saves your data, so you can download it later.
  • Allows you to name the gameplay with a meaningful name such as – ABC show Nov 2021.
When should I consider the Pro Plan?

The Pro Plan makes it easy for you to do the following:

  • Save and store multiple prize wheels. This is ideal for multiple location engagement or running multiple campaigns for clients.
  • Add all team members that need to access the prize wheel and prize wheel data.

What do I need to use my prize wheel at an in person event?

There are four things that you need to set up your virtual prize wheel: 

(1) Google Chrome or Safari (on iPad). 

(2) Internet connectivity

(3) Power to keep your equipment charged.

(4) equipment:

(A) Big Wheel on Monitor:  Laptop, Monitor, and Big Red Button. You can buy a big red button here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/thegarage

(B) Prize Wheel with lead forms: You will need iPads and stands. It is best to show the virtual prize wheel in horizontal mode.

Will SocialPoint set my prize wheel up for me?

Yes, if you choose the Exhibitor Plan, a SocialPoint team member will setup your prize wheel for you.

Our process includes the following:

  • Kick-off meeting to outline the steps and capture dates.
  • You send us the graphics, prizes, and data that you want to capture.
  • SocialPoint setup the prize wheel and then send it to you for review.
  • SocialPoint organizes an “Onsite Preparation meeting” to review your launch plan and make sure you are ready.

Does the prize wheel track inventory

Yes! The prize wheel will track inventory for you. So, you won’t be able to give away prizes that you don’t have
