SocialPoint Security Overview

SocialPoint is a SaaS audience engagement platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use a layered security approach that includes AWS Virtual Private Cloud infrastructure, least-privilege access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative and workforce access to sensitive systems, encrypted data transmission and storage, hardened server configurations, network firewall controls, security logging and monitoring, regular patching, and documented incident-response procedures.

We maintain separate development/testing and production environments and use documented software development and change-management processes that include testing and code review before production deployment.

Customer data remains under the customer’s control and is processed only as necessary to provide the SocialPoint service. We maintain documented privacy, retention, deletion, access-control, personnel-security, business-continuity, and data-protection practices.
