Each Workspace plan includes any combination of the following that add up to the number of Workspaces in your plan:

  • Full Service SocialPoint Workspaces (each with any combination of 10 Trivia, Virtual Prize Wheel, and Name Picker Raffle Wheel games).
Your Workspace plan also includes:
  • 12 months of access to set up and play
  • Project Management support hours that scale up with your number of Workspaces
  • 250 Players per game included (you can optionally purchase additional Player Boosts for your events with more than 250 players)
  • Priority support & development inputs
  • Unified control of all games and users with Global Administration Dashboard
  • Annual event portfolio strategy meeting
  • Quarterly event review of results and potential future game improvements
  • Executive reporting

There is no need to share a login (which is against our terms of service), since you get unlimited hosts and admins with the Workspace plan.

Yes, your data will be deleted from the system 60 days after the last day of your plan.

Yes.  If your plan lapses, you can “resubscribe” and reactivate your games.

Yes, the great thing about SocialPoint is you can update content and reset your games without updating the QR codes or creating new links for your team in the field.
