Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase SocialPoint for one event?

Yes. You can purchase SocialPoint for one event. You will get access to the software for 30 days.  You can use that time to get your game setup and review with stakeholders. Or, you can start using the software that same day.

Will I be billed annually or monthly? When does the billing cycle begin?

SocialPoint is billed month-to-month, and you can cancel at anytime. Your billing cycle begins on the date of purchase. If you choose to “Auto-Renew” you will be charged on a monthly basis thereafter, with the option to cancel your subscription before the next month.

SocialPoint Event Suite, Trivia Unlimited and Trivia/Virtual Prize Wheel annual plans are billed annually.

Can I run more than one game at a time?

Essentials plans only allow you to run ONE GAME at a time.  If you have a Pro Plan, Exhibitor Plan or Event Suite, you can run multiple concurrent games and  manage users.

Do you complete security reviews or questionaires?

We’re unable to complete security reviews or questionnaires for monthly subscriptions. If you’re interested in Event Suite, get in touch and we’ll complete your review then.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

Starting May 1, 2021 – we do offer non-profit discounts for plans over $900.  If you are a non-profit get in touch and we will respond with the appropriate discount code.

What type of support do you provide?

We provide three levels of support:

  • Help Center with user guides and videos
  • Live Chat during business hours
  • 15 minute Rehearsal (or Ask-the-Expert meeting) with a live person.

For Attendee Participation Game, Scavenger Hunt or Event Suite, you will be assigned a Customer Success team member to help you plan, setup, launch and support your game.
