Project Description

Overview:

Our client was eager to collect data, share case studies and create action plans with their customers.  They wanted to give their visitors a prize to participating in the process. The client had 8 different stations that they wanted the attendees to visit. Ideally, the attendees would visit the stations that were most relevant to them.

Our Solution:

We created a series of self service kiosks that were placed near each station.   Each kiosk had surveys and digital document downloads that were unique to that station.  Attendees completed surveys, requested digital documents and entered a prize drawing. All of the data collected was linked together to create  a macro view of who had what challenges. Names were drawn out of the digital hat and given to the winners.
